Riven pays tribute to Lee Hopkins

Riven Productions pays a special tribute this week to Lee Hopkins, an amazing and talented commercial dancer on the books who tragically passed away earlier in the week.
Our hearts go out to Lee's family and close friends and as a fitting tribute to Lee and his career we will be revamping our current website, in the interim we will have a special tribute page in it's place celebrating Lee's life.
To us as an agency we care so much for each and every dancer, established or new to the industry and we cherish every assignment we have the pleasure in sharing with our talent.
Lee's last assignment for Riven was at the Clothes Show live in December 2011 supplied to XBOX and Dance Central 2. Lee was a fantastic performer, well mannered, helpful and a great team player.
Anyone who met Lee instantly warmed to him as we did and we will quite selfishly always feel cheated that we can no longer offer Lee castings for his amazing gift.
We can now only feel that Lee has been selected and booked for the biggest and most special casting of all and we like to feel that Lee is dancing with angels and showing them exactly why we all respected him and why he shined so much here in this world.
Lee, wherever you are we hope you will help to push us hard to be the best we can be and strive to make people happy with our work, just as you did.
Your talent will always be remembered and your contribution to this industry as a dedicated performer.
We want to thank you for being a part of our agency and our hearts.
Riven at the Clothes show live 2011 with XBOX and Dance central 2

For the CLOTHES SHOW LIVE 2011 Riven Productions proudly supplied 4 dancers again this year to XBOX and KINECT for demonstration and performance of the DANCE CENTRAL 2 game.
Agency dancers and industry professionals: Androulla, Pierina, Lee and Annette all performed throughout the week and collectively helped to make the stand look amazing, drawing in the crowds.
Xbox was one of the largest stands at the Clothes show boasting new and larger demo suites on stand with competitions and giveaways.
The Riven Productions dancers were filmed live on twitter throughout the week performing all the moves as seen on the game.
We wish all of the XBOX and KINECT team every success and look forward to 2012!
